A sacrifice

The word itself is a very notable since it is an act wherein you offer and give up something for the sake of something. At this point of time it’s really rare to hear stories about sacrifice since not all are willing to give up something which most of us are doing and enjoying for the sake of something in return wherein we are still doubtful of the result that it could bring to us.

One good example in which a love that a mother gives to her child is her care and undying support that she is willing to resign from her work just to make amends and meet the needs of her child.

Another good example is the dedication that a teacher has for her profession that she is willing to walk miles just to be with her students, teach them and give them the best education as well as to inculcate in their minds the value of education in their life.

It not easy for us to give ourselves for the sake of others yet despite in this ever changing world, there are still individuals who are very eager and always on the go to be of help to those who are in need. Thus we salute them for their undeniable good job.

Guru

Everyday of our lives, we strive very hard to be the best that we could possibly be.

We do things that could eventually make us helpful to others.

We meet a lot of people along the way in our journey in this world.

We get to mingle with people whom we are able to share ourselves with just like our parents. These individuals in one way or the other made a remarkable contribution to what we are now. We call them our mentors, our teachers. They give us the confidence as well as the drive to follow our dreams and to really pursue whatever path or career we want to undertake. Just like parents who give us advices and guidance, these mentors help us to give the very best that we have and even criticize us when we are wrong. Though we may not bonded by blood but the trust and the willingness they give to us in helping us in our everyday struggle in life is a big indication that despite the bad things that are happening in our environment right now where some adults are following the wrong path, these mentors of ours are really there to give themselves to us in order for us to really be a good citizens in this so called cruel world.

Choice and chance

We are given these two gifts that we are freely to do. These gifts have their own way of reasons that appeal to our everyday living, on how we are able to discover and learn from those. The choice of whether to make the right decisions in life lies on our reasoning and the way we weigh things as to the extent of their importance. The choice on how we live our life beautifully or miserably. God gave us the freedom to choose right from wrong and to be able to choose the right path in order be of good examples to others. An influential figure need not to be powerful or a very wealthy person, he has to have the heart and the purest intention to help and extend to others himself without expecting in return.

A chance on the other way around, describes the opportunity to be in a position or in a situation that others would envy or others longed to have. Being rich and famous is a chance to use the material things in helping others. Its one way of sharing to the ones in need the things that was deprived to them. A chance to meet someone who has been a part of your dream and that you prayed for that someone to come into your life thus God gave you to that person. It’s a chance to grab and lay down all the chances to live and be happy with that person.

Another way of giving part of the so called chance is to have the opportunity to make amends to those whom we hurt before and to those who may have hurt us in one way or the other. It’s nice to know and that the feeling of being able to accept our mistakes and forgive others from whatever mistakes they have caused us is already a gift of reconciliation.

Dejavu for me

Have you ever experience the feeling of de javu?

An unusual sense that you have already been into a place at a certain point when the truth is that it’s just your first time to be there. Or you happen to meet this person yet you feel that you are connected with him or her and that you have already seen or known him.

Well this feeling is so bizarre that we seem to wonder why such things happen that will make us think for a while that how such situation could takes place?

Being in place for the first time then you would come to think that the familiarity of the place as well as the person would come across your mind.

But whether such circumstances occur what is more important is that you are more true and reserved to yourself that no matter how true or vague such animosity of the situation, the calmness and  the disposition of yours is still there.

Provoking moment

Its time to tighten our budget nowadays for goods and commodities are moving up meaning prices of almost all the things that we need in order to survive are getting higher that even high class profilers or shall we say most of the rich people would really complain that the increased of those are no longer reasonable. Many Filipinos nowadays are suffering and the ones who always suffer are the impoverished Filipinos that are being maltreated and mocked by others.

The services costs high that even just a simple consultation would mean for a soon-to-be poor mother in a private clinic is very hard to earn by her striving husband.

Children of poor families are working at a very young age to help their parents earn for their everyday supply of food not minding the danger that it will bring to them while they are on streets begging for alms.

A student in a university must be contented of the money being sent by his parents in the province to make up for his tuition fee and other school projects.

These reality knocks in front of us yet some of us just take this for granted because we are not like them but neither we live or does not live like those people, what really matters most is that we value each of our money wisely and that we share to others part of what is excess in us.

Life, indifferences

Somewhat at this point in time I’m really wondering if things will still workout as it used to be because there have been incomparable moods and attitudes that is slowly taking place. It makes me think twice whether it will still work as it was before. Maybe such indifferences caused this thing to take place. It’s really vague to consider such judgment but it is true. It is a big issue for others for one might have different view from the other that will cause misunderstanding and even a big fight. People may assume that its just a normal dilemma to mull over for such indifferences as they say will just be solved and the only remedy for it is to really accept it and always remember that though with different attitudes and beliefs in life, what really matters most is the respect that centers all and thus making any relationship work in any fields.
