medical malpractice is defined an act or omission by a health care provider which deviates from accepted standards of practice in the medical community and which causes injury to the patient. it is simply called a medical negligence.

Here in the phils, medical tourism is fastly growing especially in the cosmetic industry. more people now a days are more contious of their body and are now open for medical enhancements. in our country also, surgical procedures that were usually done abroad are already present and can be done here. We are already equipped with medical specialists with medical experiences, sufficient knowledge as well as trainings.Before any medical procedures, a series of laboratory tests are done to ensure whether the patient is allowed to undergo such procedures. in short there is a thorough examination as well as analysis for the welfare of the patient.But sad to say that, there are still practitioners who have happens to commit negligence on their duties which causes severe trauma, emotional distress to the plaintiff and more worst is the death of the latter.

Medical practice is an act of negligence or omission of doing such standard medical procedures,therefore the practitioner involved is liable for such laxity of duty. He or she will be

Despite of these truths about emerging cases of medical malpractices, the government has made its move to pursue a bill that will protect all the victims of such malpractices so that the defiant will be charged accordingly through court hearings based on presented evidences. Settlements can also be done between two parties to avoid much longer  court trials.

Knowing such incidents,there are still individuals who are not afraid to take the risks of going through medical procedures if it is just the only means to make them look good  and young as well as to save the lives of their loved ones. They still trust the opinions and expertise of the doctors they choose.

This quote pertains to being solitude;desolation. We don’t live alone here on earth because we are all connected in one way or the other.

Despite our differences,there will always be a common factor that would eventually lead us to be more affiliated with one another and this is because of the fact that as humans, we are all created by God as His masterpiece therefore we are all brothers and sisters.

Sometimes,we wonder why at certain point in our lives we encounter someone,we just happen to meet and that we easily get along with person. There is  already a sense of easiness and belongingness to that person. We naturally feel comfortable and that we feel there is a spark regardless what background he or she has. This is what we call connection. We freely give our trust and confidence because he or she understands the things we have shared as well as the things that we are going through.

Its not easily to get that sense of connection to somebody because at this point in time, there will always people who will surely take advantage on us especially knowing our vulnerability. We feel hesitant also. All these kind of emotions of being able to open up easily and a feeling of doubt is just but normal among us because as humans, we have or weaknesses and strengths.

Connection toward others is not merely achieved overnight because it also takes time as well as experiences shared with them that will prove whether that so called connection is achieved. If weathers come along, stick to what you believe so that connection would eventually blossom into friendship and so on. Both individuals should also work to make such relationship prosper.

every time we hear successful persons,we automatically think that its their destiny or maybe because their in the circle of the rich and famous. We therefore conclude that they are born with a silver spoon on their mouth.

but come to think of it, not all successful people were born rich. how about those rags to riches personalities? have we ever think or wonder what made these people became who they are now?

personality or what we call personal growth comes in. our personalities are the products of the many factors and conditions which we have inherited or which exist in our environment. our perseverance and dedication to something we really love to do is one way of being able to reach our goals in life.

everyone of us has its own unique personality wherein we are able to mingle and be of comrade to almost all kinds of people.. by being strong and not easily carried out by small problems.it is on how we give ourselves to a craft that mold us of what we are. it is also because of our passion and our source of fulfillment is that when people recognizes our small efforts thus we become an epitome to others. along the way, there would always be obstacles for these are spices in life which will make us be more focus and determined to do the best that we could possibly do.

success cannot be achieve overnight, one has to work really hard in order to be on the cutting edge among anybody in the industry you chose to be in. it is more than just a desire to get ahead.

thus, you as a person combined with a winning personality the word success is not difficult to achieve.

what i really like about this  phrase is that it  tells us that there are still other things in life worth living for.simple yet worthwhile for  us to live by. i remember what pope john paul 2 said about treasures in life.. he said that we should not just live with the comforts that the world can give us but instead on how we will be able to live ourselves in service to others and to God. somewhat, a very familiar and most commonly used line is that earthy things would not satisfy you when your sprituality is empty.when you think own the world yet at the end of the day, you go home lonely and feeling alone. fame, power and fortune is within your grasps yet there is still something you felt missing.

it is beyond compare knowing that we have done something worthwhile to be of help to others.serving others is one way of serving God.  To live by the words and life of Jesus . He was sent by the father to serve the people  but not to be served by the people. He was nobody during His time, He was mocked  by the people yet this didn’t stop Him from serving,loving and even dying for us.

this only shows that even those famous personalities in politics,sports and in entertainment live not only because of what they have earned became who they are before and now because they meaningfully gave themselves in service to others.

how about you, how well did you live your life at the moment?

they say life is somewhat complicated and unpredictable..it is indeed but it is because of our choices.we have our own freewill to do things and thus, we are responsible of whatever actions we take.

we may say that life is unpredictable because there are situations that we feel we are not going anywhere or shall we say there’s no longer hope and that we are in distress,desperate and yet along the way someone or something comes along to help us and make us realize that beyond the shadows of uncertainties, there is still a rainbow of hope. unpredictable in a way that the least we expect things to take place, they happen either negatively or positively.

life becomes complicated because of our own doings. These pertains to decisions we come up to just because we are being overpowered by our emotions without thinking that we could hurt others or ourself as well..There could have been an easy way to dwell with; but sad to say, sometimes we choose to to take our own.

along the process of discovering ourselves, we have to really be responsible enough because it is in our actions that speaks louder than any other outlet that we go through. seeking help and advice is one of the best thing to do..instead of being alone, why not adhere ourselves to activities that enhances the best qualities and hidden talents that we have so that whatever problems that we may encounter, we still have other means not to take them seriously. And most of all, prayer is the best and most powerful tool to deal with our dilemmas. A positive outlook in life is one way to stay and look happy and young.
